Christa Awad came to the UK from Syria some years ago and has witnessed since the impact there of war and governmental policy. Education, affordable food, electricity and in some areas clean water, is difficult to access.
We became friends last year and with a shared love for songs decided to make an ep of songs in Arabic and English along some of Christa’s poems.
Our EP will raise funds for Christa’s sisters work supporting families.
